Timeline of BetTom Sister Sites
Who Owns BetTom?
Considering that BetTom hit the market in mid-2025, punters can certainly be excused for not knowing much about the bookie. It was founded by the former BetGoodwin executive Paul Colley, who started the company Bet Tom Ltd and acquired the licence from the UKGC. Furthermore, he also reached an agreement with EveryMatrix.
This is the casino and sportsbook platform that BetGoodwin also uses, so while Colley is a former employee of the horse racing brand, the links are clear for everyone to see. The fact that the two sites look basically the same as well, with the exception of the colour schemes, suggests there is still some partnership going on.
What Are BetTom Pros and Cons?
Even if BetTom remains a rather new betting site, there are many good things to say about the brand. Our test of the withdrawal time had the money in our bank account in just two minutes (!), while the betting margins are nice and low too. Then it must also be said that the EveryMatrix platform provides a really solid foundation.
To name some cons, however, we did experience issues when depositing with Apple Pay on BetTom. It's probably only a temporary issue, as a result of the site being so new, but it's worth mentioning still. We also think that the design could be improved slightly to really make the most of EveryMatrix's product, but it's not really urgent either.
BetTom Sister Sites Reviewed
We have taken a closer look at three of BetTom's sister sites below, just to give you some more insight into why they are worth joining.
BetGoodwin
It goes without saying that anyone who likes BetTom should check out BetGoodwin, seeing as they are practically the same. You could even argue that the latter is slightly better given its experience in the field, which shows with the promotions and more. Having said that, most punters probably already have an account there.
The withdrawal time is very fast, just like BetTom, and the margins are low here too. The two sites even share the same welcome offers so it's a no-brainer to join them both. As alluded to, however, it's more likely that punters make the move from BetGoodwin to BetTom rather than vice versa.
Ken Howells
Just like BetTom, Ken Howells is a rather new site on the market, having taken the big leap into online betting after many (and we mean many) years of brick-and-mortar operations. A deal was struck with EveryMatrix for the platform, which means it's indeed a sister site of BetTom (which is easy to tell from the design).
The withdrawal time was rather fast when we tested it, while a decent number of sports are offered on the site. The bookie could do with a few more payment methods but we imagine this is something that will be added down the line. BetTom has the same problem, so it's not like anyone moving over to Ken Howells will be shocked.
Fafabet
Fafabet announced its migration to the EveryMatrix platform in October 2025, following years of using the FSB Tech platform. The bookie has thus made the exact same journey as the aforementioned BetGoodwin, which means you can consider Fafabet one of the more established BetTom sister sites
In any case, like BetTom, Fafabet has more of a wider range compared to BetGoodwin, which most of you will know focuses on horse racing. This was also reflected in the promotions before the migration, so it remains to be seen exactly what path the bookie will take with the new platform in place.
OctoBet
OctoBet is one of the newer sister sites to make the switch to the EveryMatrix platform after orginally launching with a different provider in 2024.
Since its move to EveryMatrix, OctoBet has stepped up its game with 30+ sports, 100's of markets and solid margins (6.60%) in our tests. Although this is not quite as good as BetTom and other sister sites.
The casino is decent enough, too, with a solid selection of slots and live casino games. But banking options are a little thin, and customer service is hard to reach. There is still time to refine the product, and it's still a solid option.
